They apply to orders placed on serenekind.com, operated by Brandtop Spots LLC as Serene Kind. Placing an order means you accept them.

Your order is accepted when we email a shipping confirmation. If an item is unavailable or an order looks fraudulent we may cancel it and refund you in full.

Prices are listed in US dollars on each product page. Delivery costs are shown before payment and sales tax is added where required. If we list something at a wrong price we'll contact you before charging a different amount.

Glazes vary slightly between firings, so a piece can differ a little from its photo. Stoneware can crack if water inside it freezes; we don't recommend leaving pots outdoors through a hard freeze.

As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the order. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Brandtop Spots LLC is organized and applicable US federal law.
